  TONY WHEELER

Most of my working life has been in the nightclub, bar and restaurant trade, right from my early years as a DJ doing private events and on premises gigs right through to building my own venues, and helping to build venues for my customers.
 
I’ve managed venues, designed promotions and event equipment and everything in between. I love the hospitality trade, and I love helping venues to grow – that’s why I started this company.

Over the last 15 years I have worked to help build great teams of people, and I’ve specialized in team training from sales staff through to management and industry reps. I have a flair for the development and re-development of on-premise venues, bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes - it has become one of my passions.

DARREN BRADY

I am aged 33 years old and married to Kirsten, and have spent 18 years working within the hospitality industry working throughout Australia and New Zealand. I have a diploma in Hospitality Management. I grew up within the hospitality industry, working within family owned bars and restaurants. I have completed several cooking papers which allows me to consult on everything from the sign outside to the steak on the plate.

In the past four years I have coached / consulted for many of New Zealand’s leading companies, specialising in the hospitality industry and have clients as far away as Dublin, Ireland. I have experience working with the single owner business to groups of 100 or more, with material tailor made for everyone from the owner to the dishwasher. All generations and learning styles are catered for.

I am based in Christchurch, New Zealand and do 90% of my coaching / consulting over the telephone. I do however commit to visit all my clients for an initial on site evaluation and a then a quarterly site visit. To date I have successfully consulted for bars, restaurants, hotels, lodges, and cafes just to name a few.
